St., San Leandro <br />Scope of Work <br />Denalect Alarm will install (18) new 2 -door access control panels to replace the existing door <br />controllers currently in place and (7) new 2 -door access control panels for the 13 new doors <br />marked by you on drawings. The system will also consist of (13) new proximity card readers <br />covering 6 in the basement, 4 on the Vt. floor and 3 on the 2"d. floor. System to further include <br />new door locking hardware provided and installed by R & S Overhead Garage Door on 13 new <br />doors. Denalect will reconnect all existing card readers and door hardware and connect to all <br />new locking hardware supplied, installed and powered by R & S on 13 new doors. After door <br />hardware is installed, Denalect will coordinate work and installation with R & S. Below is a list of <br />equipment that will be installed.
