CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PLN15-0013, 1500 Doolittle Drive <br /> Daryl Wise,St. George Warehouse,Inc. (Applicant) <br /> Christina Jackson,Prologis Targeted US Logistics Fund LP (Property Owner) <br /> I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> A. The applicant/property owner shall comply with Exhibits A through E, dated June 16, <br /> 2015, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the City of San Leandro, <br /> Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, <br /> 94577). <br /> Exhibit A—Site Plan <br /> Exhibit B—Iron Fence Detail <br /> Exhibit C—Pedestrian Gate Detail <br /> Exhibit D—Vehicular Gate Detail <br /> Exhibit E—Chain Link Fence Detail <br /> B. The applicant/property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in <br /> interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed of its terms and <br /> conditions. <br /> C. This Fence Modification allows for the construction of a 10-foot tall black iron picket <br /> fence with associated pedestrian entry gate (with metal infill) and manual vehicular <br /> access gates(with metal infill) within the required front yard setback where three feet is <br /> the maximum fence height permitted. In addition, approval is being given for the <br /> installation of an eight-foot tall chain link fence with black vinyl finish and two feet of <br /> black (vinyl coated or painted) barbed wire above for a cumulative height of 10-feet <br /> within 300-feet of a public street frontage with visual accessibility; 1500 Doolittle <br /> Drive; Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Numbers 77A-680-7-7, 77A-680-2-10 and <br /> 77A-680-2-11. <br /> D. The required City of San Leandro Building Permit shall be obtained to construct the 10-foot <br /> tall fencing and related gates. <br /> II. ENGINEERING AND TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020, including Section 66020 (d) (1), the City <br /> HEREBY NOTIFIES the applicant for this Project that the 90-day approval period (in <br /> which the applicant may protest the imposition of any fees,dedications,reservations,or <br /> other exactions imposed on this Project by these Conditions of Approval)will begin on <br /> the date of the conditional approval of this Project. If you fail to file a protest within <br /> this 90-day period, complying with all of the requirements of Government Code <br /> Section 66020, you will be legally barred from later challenging any such fees, <br /> dedications,reservations or other exactions. <br /> Agreement to Conditions June 16,2015 <br /> PLN15-0013 Page 3 of 5 <br />
