GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> A. The fencing and gates shall be structurally sound and well maintained at all times; any <br /> damage to the fencing and gates shall be promptly repaired or replaced. <br /> B. The metal infill on the pedestrian and vehicular iron gates shall be black in color to <br /> match the fencing and gates. <br /> C. In the event that fabric material is installed on the chain link fencing it shall be black in <br /> color to match the fencing and installed on the interior side of the chain link fencing. <br /> D. Existing irrigation system or landscape material damaged during the fence installation <br /> process shall be repaired and/or replaced. <br /> E. Any graffiti on the property shall be promptly removed. <br /> F. No ribbon wire shall be installed on the fencing. <br /> G. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br /> Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of <br /> Alameda County. <br /> H. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval may be <br /> accepted or submitted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full compliance <br /> with all terms of the application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) the Community <br /> Development Director can waive compliance with the terms of the application if they <br /> are minor in content. <br /> I.
