Evidence of ponding in the catch basins or manholes may indicate a possible
blockage.
O Maintenance Action:
Remove obstructions, debris, litter, sediment, etc. Flushing may be necessary.
II.B Parking and Landscape Areas General Operation and Maintenance Checklist
Frequency: Before each rainy season
❑ Observation:
Inspect the parking and landscape areas for debris, litter or earth berms that would cause an
obstruction to the drainage runoff.
O Maintenance Action:
Remove debris, litter,or any earth that would cause drainage runoff to pond. Ensure
drainage can flow and is not obstructed.
Frequency: After first heavy rain
❑ Observation:
Inspect the parking and landscape areas for debris, litter or signs of erosion that would
cause an obstruction to the drainage runoff.
O Maintenance Action:
Remove debris, litter,or any earth that would cause drainage runoff to pond. Ensure
drainage can flow and is not obstructed.
