The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the <br /> DOWNTOWN SAN LEANDRO BART PEDESTRIAN & BICYCLE ACCESS <br /> PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2015-0500 is that of public improvement made to certain <br /> private lands designated as APN 075-0039-029-10 on San Leandro Boulevard. This <br /> parcel is owned by Bay Area Rapid Transit District, a public agency. <br /> 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City <br /> of San Leandro on the 16th day of JULY,2015 by ATTACHED LETTER.
