The PFDI Property Owner is obligated to pay is ONE HUNDRED SIXTY <br /> THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED FIFTEEN DOLLARS AND SEVENTY TWO CENTS <br /> ($160,515.72). Said fee shall be paid in four (4) successive payments as set forth <br /> herein, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement. <br /> B.
