legislation as helpful in bolstering local efforts to appropriately regulate a growing vacation rental <br />industry. <br />The author introduced SB 593 based upon his past experience as both former Mayor of Healdsburg and a <br />Sonoma County Supervisor. These areas are popular with tourists, and the affected communities are <br />facing increasing land use and revenue collection issues.
