Any wireless telecommunications facility shall be removed within thirty (30) calendar <br />days of the discontinuation of the use and shall be restored to its previous condition. <br />The service provider shall provide the Community Development Department with a <br />notice of intent to vacate the site a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days prior to <br />vacation and shall obtain building permits prior to removal of equipment. For facilities <br />located on City property, this requirement shall be included in the terms of the lease. <br />For facilities located on other sites, the property owner shall be responsible for <br />removal of all antennas, structures and related equipment within thirty (30) calendar <br />days of the discontinuation of use.
