Mixed-Use Residential with retail or office uses on the ground floor. (Minimum <br />density of 80 units per acre on parcels 20,000 s.f. or greater; on parcels less <br />than 20,000 s.f. the density shall not exceed 24 units per acre unless approved <br />by a conditional use permit. DA-5 District—Conditionally Permitted Hours of Operation. <br /> <br />The operation of a permitted use in the DA-5 District, as identified in Section 2- <br />644.A, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., is subject to the approval of <br />a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />C. DA-5 District—Conditionally Permitted Uses. <br /> <br />The following uses are allowed in the DA-5 District, subject to the approval of a <br />conditional use permit.
