City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: October 5, 2015 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:15-528 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Chris Zapata <br />City Manager <br />BY:Keith Cooke <br />Engineering & Transportation Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION Approving Amendments to the City of San Leandro Budget for <br />the Marina Boulevard Streetscape Project and the Police Building and South <br />Office Modification Project <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the 2015-16 and 2016-17 biennial budget on <br />June 1, 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of funding transfers between <br />fiscal years for the Marina Boulevard Streetscape Project and the Police Building Modification <br />Project; and <br />WHEREAS, the requested transfers are budget neutral over two years with respect to <br />the total amount of money budgeted each year, and they will not impact the projects’ <br />schedules. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1.That the 2015-16 Budget is hereby amended as follows: <br />a.Marina Boulevard Streetscape Improvement +$542,000 <br />b.Police Building/South Office Modification ($542,000) <br />2.That the 2016-17 Budget is hereby amended as follows: <br />a.Marina Boulevard Streetscape Improvement ($542,000) <br />b.Police Building/South Office Modification +$542,000 <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 9/29/2015
