A business establishment principally engaged in the business of creating <br />indelible marks or figures fixed upon the body by insertion of pigment under the skin or by <br />production of scars for pay. <br /> <br />Temporary Storage Containers. An enclosed container intended for the storage of goods <br />for a short and specified period of time not to exceed ninety (90) days. <br /> <br />Temporary Use.
