NA-1 District—Uses Requiring Administrative Review. <br /> <br />The following uses are allowed in the NA-1 District, subject to the approval of an <br />Administrative Review by the Zoning Enforcement Official, as per the requirements <br />of Article 21. <br /> <br />1. Automatic Teller Machines. <br />2. Community Gardens. <br />3. Mobile Food Vending. (Subject to approval of operation and restrictions on <br />operation as established by Zoning Enforcement Official and compliance with <br />all other City codes pertaining to mobile food vending.) <br />4. Parking Lot. <br />5. Recycling Facilities, Bulk Reverse Vending Machine. (Subject to the <br />regulations of Section 4-1646: Recycling Facilities.) <br />6. Recycling Facilities, Single-Feed Reverse Vending Machine. (Subject to the <br />regulations of Section 4-1646: Recycling Facilities.) <br />7. Telecommunications, Architecturally-Integrated Antennas and/or Co-Locations <br />on Existing Tower Structures. (Subject to the regulations of Section 4-1686: <br />Wireless Telecommunications Facilities.) <br /> <br />D. Christmas Tree and Pumpkin Sales. <br />2. Circuses and Carnivals. <br />3. Commercial Filming. <br />4. Real Estate Offices, Temporary. <br />5. Retail Sales, Outdoor. <br />6. Storage Containers, Temporary. <br />7. Street or Neighborhood Fairs. <br />8. Trade Fairs.
