SA-1 District—Permitted Uses. <br /> <br />The following uses are allowed in the SA-1 District, and a conditional use permit is <br />not required, for tenant spaces up to twenty-five thousand (25,000) square feet. <br />Spaces in excess of twenty-five thousand (25,000) square feet can be allowed <br />through the approval of a conditional use permit.
