The motion carried by the following vote. <br />Aye:Cox, Cutter, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas7 - <br />Enactment No: Reso 2015-167 <br />PRESENTATIONS3. <br />3.A.15-497 Code Enforcement Council Presentation and Code Enforcement <br />Update <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS4. <br />4.A.15-565 Staff Report For An Urgency Ordinance Of The City Of San Leandro <br />Extending A Temporary Moratorium On The Establishment Or <br />Relocation Of New And Existing Massage Establishments For A <br />Period Of One Year, To Become Effective Immediately <br />The Hearing was opened to the public. <br />Comments were made by the following individual: Wynn Grcich. <br />There being no further public comments, and without objection, the Public Hearing <br />was closed. <br />15-566 URGENCY ORDINANCE Extending a Temporary Moratorium on the <br />Establishment or Relocation of New and Existing Massage <br />Establishments for a Period of One Year, to Become Effective <br />Immediately <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lopez, seconded by Councilmember <br />Reed, that this urgency ordinance be passed to print and adopted.
