That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement <br /> is as follows: TRAVELERS CASUALTY AND SURETY COMPANY OF <br /> AMERICA, ONE TOWER SQUARE, HARTFORD, CT 06183, PHONE (415) 732- <br /> 1429. <br /> 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the ANNUAL <br /> OVERLAY/REHABILITATION 2013-14, PROJECT NO. 2014.0050, project is that <br /> of public improvements made to public right-of-way designated as portions of Bancroft <br /> Avenue,Bigge Street, Juana Avenue, Durant Avenue, Breed Avenue, and 138th Avenue <br /> well as ownership of improvements thereon. <br /> 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City <br /> of San Leandro on the 8th day of SEPTEMBER, 2015 by RESOLUTION NO. 2015- <br /> 152. <br /> I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
