REID STREET, SUITE 300, SIOUX FALLS, SD 57103, PHONE (800)331-6053. 3 The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the MARINA COMMUNITY CENTER(MCC) STOREFRONT WINDOW REPLACE- MENT, PROJECT NO. 2005.0060, project is that of public improvements made to public lands of the City of San Leandro designated as Accessor's Parcel Number 079A 0295 002 18, commonly known as the Marina Community Center, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4 That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 21st day of SEPTEMBER,2015 by RESOLUTION No. 2015-165.
