Drain <br /> fluids from all leaking or wrecked vehicle immediately,prior to storage. <br /> VII. FIRE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. The plans are required to meet the adopted codes and standards at the time of submittal. <br /> B. The plans will need to meet the fire department access requirements. The following is to be <br /> shown on the plans submitted for approval: A site plan drawn to a scale of 1=20', 30' or 40'. <br /> The fire department access is to be a 20-foot wide all weather surface capable of supporting <br /> 75,000 pounds. On the plans clearly show the fire department access through the site. Include <br /> the turning radius at all changes of direction of the access road. When the gates are in the <br /> open position the clear unobstructed width shall be 20 feet. <br /> C. Fire department key boxes or gate switches are required on the gates across the fire <br /> department access. <br /> D. A fire department key box for the office is required. <br /> E.
