Introduction <br />This document constitutes the Long -Range Property Management Plan (LRPMP) of the <br />Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro (Successor <br />Agency). In accordance with Health and Safety Code Section 34191.5(c), this LRPMP contains an <br />inventory of each property, the proposed plan for disposition, and uses of each of the <br />properties. <br />The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro was dissolved on February 1, 2012, <br />pursuant to ABx1 26 (as amended by AB 1484 and SB 107). These statutes govern the <br />dissolution of the former redevelopment agency, which includes the disposition of its former <br />real property assets. At the time of its dissolution, the former redevelopment agency owned <br />twenty-two (22) parcels of real property, which are the subject of and are fully described in <br />this LRPMP. Pursuant to the redevelopment dissolution statutes, ownership of the properties <br />transferred on February 1, 2012 to the Successor Agency. <br />The Properties are located within the boundaries of the City of San Leandro and are subject to <br />compliance with the San Leandro General Plan and the City's zoning and land use regulations, as <br />set forth in City codes and ordinances. The Successor Agency is now responsible for disposition <br />of the properties in accordance with the procedures and requirements of Redevelopment <br />Dissolution Statutes, with particular reference to Health and Safety Code Section 34191.1, <br />34191.3, 34191.4(a), and 34191.5. <br />This LRPMP was presented for consideration of approval on November 5, 2015, to the Board <br />of Directors of the San Leandro Successor Agency. The Successor Agency obtained a "Finding <br />of Completion" from the California Department of Finance (DOF) on , 2015, <br />pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34179.7 that entitles the Successor Agency to <br />submit this LRPMP for approval by the Oversight Board and DOF. On , 2015, the <br />LRPMP was presented to the Oversight Board for the Successor Agency, which was <br />established pursuant to the Redevelopment Dissolution Statutes, for consideration of approval. If <br />both the Successor Agency and the Oversight Board approve the LRPMP, it will be transmitted to <br />DOF for its approval on , 2015. <br />3 1 San Leandro I Long Range Property Management Plan I November 2015 <br />
