include assessment of building use, envelope, systems, circulation, access & egress, building interior finish, <br />and building/site furnishings. The cost estimate shall include structural repairs if any is needed. <br />Deliverables shall be due within ten weeks after both the conditions assessment and public outreach <br />meeting are completed and shall include: <br />• Draft document outlining use of building and site, scope of work for improvements, code analysis, <br />and project phasing options (sent electronically as a PDF) <br />• Draft site plan showing land use, access, circulation, and site features (sent electronically as a <br />PDF and also in CAD if drawings were prepared using CAD software) <br />• Draft floor plans and elevations to show building use, access and egress (sent electronically as a <br />PDF and also in CAD if drawings were prepared using CAD software). A maximum of two <br />schemes shall be provided as part of the contract scope <br />• Preliminary cost estimate of each design scheme (sent electronically as a Microsoft Excel <br />document). <br />7. Draft Review Meeting <br />Consultant shall meet with City staff to review and discuss the draft project documents. City staff will <br />prepare the meeting minutes and send a copy to the Consultant. The draft review meeting shall be held <br />within two weeks after the draft deliverables are submitted. <br />8. Prepare Final Conceptual Plans and Cost Estimates <br />Consultant shall prepare the final conceptual drawings and cost estimates based on comments from the <br />draft review meeting. The final documents shall be submitted within one month after the draft review <br />meeting. <br />Deliverables shall be due within one month after the draft review meeting and shall include the final <br />versions of the deliverables listed under work item #6 above. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 11/25/2015 <br />Architectural Resources Group, Inc.
