File Number: 16-018 <br />The total cost of this project including design, permits, construction, contingencies and <br />construction management is estimated at $255,000. <br />The subject contract is in the amount of $192,218.50. If change orders are needed, the <br />maximum authorized by this action is $240,273.12. Change orders that increase the project <br />cost beyond the budget authority would not be issued without Council approval of an <br />additional appropriation. <br />Budget Authority <br />This project is currently funded as follows: <br />Park Development Fees (allocated in FY 2014-15) 122-62-117 $ 65,000.00 <br />Special Grants Fund (allocated in FY 2014-15) 150-62-117 $265,000.00 <br />Total $330,000.00 <br />This action will reduce the funding for this project by moving $75,000.00 in grant funds to the <br />Siempre Verde Park Renovation project.
