All blowers shall be 4-stroke to help reduce noise
complaints.
Use Local Products and Supplies
The Contractor shall use local products and suppliers to the extent possible to
minimize fuel consumption and emissions.
Equipment Refueling and Repair
The Contractor shall refuel and repair equipment in a safe manner to protect
against accidental spills. Limit refueling to specific and limited areas on a site.
Measures shall be taken to prevent, control, and clean-up spills.
