APPENDIX B <br /> DESCRIPTION OF WORK LOCATIONS <br /> ROW to ROW (right-of-way to right-of way) is described as the area along and <br /> adjacent to City streets that includes, but is not limited to, sidewalks, curb and <br /> gutters, paving, medians, hardscaping, planting strips, alleys, walkways, <br /> overcrossings, underpasses, walls, fence lines, tree pits, islands, planters, backages, <br /> barricades, dead end streets, cul-de-sacs, and culverts. <br /> Each site shall conform to these standards unless the frequency is noted under the <br /> description for each site. <br /> 1. 139th Ave <br /> Weed Abatement Only: <br /> Dirt area on the south side of the street from Washington Ave east to Western <br /> Pacific Railroad (WPRR). <br /> 2. Alvarado St <br /> Weed Abatement Only: <br /> 2.1 From W. Estudillo Ave (South of Davis St) south to railroad tracks, six (6) <br /> feet clearance including the area on both sides of the tracks at the <br /> crossing. <br /> 2.2 Guardrail on west side of street at Fremont Ave intersection. <br /> 2.3 Tree wells on east side of street from Fremont Ave to Portola Dr. <br /> 3.
