IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2016-034 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPENSATION PLAN BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND THE CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES GROUP <br /> FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2015 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2020 <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement was reached between the City of San Leandro and the <br /> Confidential Employees Group; and <br /> WHEREAS, a Compensation Plan and Salary Schedules between the City and the <br /> Confidential Employees Group, for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020,were <br /> presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That said Compensation Plan and Salary Schedules are hereby approved; and <br /> 2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute said Compensation Plan and make <br /> non-substantive revisions subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br /> 3. That an original executed Compensation Plan shall be attached to and made a part <br /> of this resolution. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 7th day of March, 2016, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Lee, Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (5) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: Councilmembers Cox, Lopez (2) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
