Use Local Products and Supplies <br /> The Contractor shall use local products and suppliers to the extent possible to <br /> minimize fuel consumption and emissions. <br /> Equipment Refueling and Repair <br /> The Contractor shall refuel and repair equipment in a safe manner to protect <br /> against accidental spills. Limit refueling to specific and limited areas on a site. <br /> Measures shall be taken to prevent, control, and clean-up spills. Clean-ups shall be <br /> immediate, automatic and routine and performed by a trained staff member or a <br /> licensed cleaning company. Contact the local emergency response team <br /> agencies to report all minor or major spills. Contractor shall be aware of and abide <br /> by Spare-the Air Day fueling advisories. <br /> Lost and Found <br /> Personal property found by the Contractor on City property or in public right-of- <br /> way shall be reported to the City representative immediately and turned into the <br /> City on the same day that the property is found. <br /> RFP 55027 CITYWIDE TURF MAINTENANCE Page 63 of 63 <br />
