Project to be funded by <br />$43,000.00 of Development Fee for Street Improvement Funds, $54,490.00 of <br />General Capital Improvement Project Funds) <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and BKF Engineers, a <br />copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized; and <br />That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to negotiate and approve <br />cumulative change orders up to a maximum of $24,372.50, which is 25% of the original <br />contract amount of $97,490.00. <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 3/29/2016
