IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2016-036 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND FACILITYDUDE.COM TO IMPLEMENT A <br /> COMPUTERIZED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR$52,270.82 FROM <br /> THE FY2015-2016 IT OPERATING BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and FacilityDude.com is <br /> presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement with FacilityDude.com for an amount not to exceed$52,270.82 is <br /> hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> That the payment of$52,270.82 from the FY2015-2016 IT Operating Budget(Account <br /> 688-13-121-7410) is hereby authorized and appropriated. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 21st day of March, <br /> 2016,by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: Councilmembers Lopez (1) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
