That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement <br /> is as follows: LIBERTY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, 175 BERKELEY <br /> STREET, BOSTON, MA 02116, PHONE: (212) 719-7750. <br /> 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the FIBER <br /> CONDUIT FOR BROADBAND NETWORK, PROJECT NO. 2013.0320, project is <br /> that of public improvements made to utilities in the public right-of-way of the State of <br /> California known as Doolittle Drive, State Route 61 and E. 14th Street, State Route 185, <br /> and public right-of-way designated as various streets of the City of San Leandro, CA as <br /> well as ownership of improvements thereon. <br /> 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City <br /> of San Leandro on the 7 day of MARCH,2016 by RESOLUTION NO. 2016-029. <br /> I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
