• <br /> • <br /> VII. BUILDING & SAFETY DIVISION REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. The project shall comply with the California Building and Fire Codes as adopted <br /> by the City of San Leandro. Building construction plans shall be submitted and <br /> approved prior to start of any work. <br /> B. At the time of building plan submittal, the ages of the children attending the <br /> facility shall be clearly stated on the plans. <br /> C. Exit doors (such as a man door or gate) shall be added to the gates and fencing on <br /> the property. <br /> VIII. MAINTENANCE <br /> A. The project site shall be well maintained and shall be kept free of litter, debris and <br /> weeds at all times; during construction,.the site shall be well maintained and shall be <br /> kept free of litter,debris and weeds. <br /> B. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from the property, building walls and/or <br /> fences. The Property Owner and its successors in interest shall comply with the rules <br /> and regulations of the City's graffiti removal program and shall grant a license and <br /> right of entry as requested to enforce the terms of such program. <br /> C. The perimeter fencing shall be structurally sound and well maintained at all times. <br /> Any damage to the fencing shall be promptly replaced or repaired. <br /> D. All landscaping in the play area and landscape improvement at the site shall be <br /> maintained in a healthy, growing condition at all times and in accordance with the <br /> approved landscape plan. <br /> E. All signage shall be kept in a good, clean, sound condition at all times; any damages <br /> shall be promptly repaired. <br /> F. All vehicle parking on the site shall be undertaken in a neat and orderly manner at all <br /> times. <br /> IX. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> A. A City business license shall be obtained prior to start of business. <br /> B. Any complaints regarding this business may be grounds for a review hearing by the <br /> Zoning Enforcement Official or revocation of the business license by the City <br /> Finance Department. <br /> C.
