CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PLN15-0050—2000 Washington Avenue <br /> Deidra Daniels (Applicant) <br /> John Chu (Property Owner) <br /> I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> A. The project shall comply with Exhibits A through F, dated December 1, 2015, <br /> except as hereinafter modified. Exhibits are on file at the City of San Leandro, <br /> Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br /> California, 94577. <br /> Exhibit A—Site Plan(Sheet A0.1) <br /> Exhibit B—Existing Floor Plan(Sheet A1.0) <br /> Exhibit C—Proposed Floor Plan(Sheet A2.0) <br /> Exhibit D—Exterior Elevations(Sheet A3.0) <br /> Exhibit E—Exterior Elevations (Sheet A3.1) <br /> Exhibit F—Exterior Photographs(Sheet A3.2) <br /> B. The Applicant and/or Property Owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br /> successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is <br /> informed of its terms and conditions. <br /> II. PERMITTED USE <br /> A. This Administrative Review is an approval to permit a day care facility for a <br /> maximum of 50 children at 2000 Washington Avenue; Assessor's Parcel Number <br /> 77-554-26. <br /> B. The day care facility may be open Monday through Friday, between the hours of <br /> 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. <br /> C. The outdoor play area shall not be used for play activities before 10:00 a.m. or after <br /> 5:00 p.m., or for more than 3 hours in a day. <br /> D. All children shall be escorted into and from the day care facility by their parents, <br /> guardians, or other responsible adults. <br /> E. These conditions of approval shall be prominently posted in the day care facility and <br /> shall be distributed to all staff and parents/guardians of children at the facility. <br /> III. ON-SITE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> A. The applicant shall submit precise details for the proposed signs for the review by <br /> the Zoning Enforcement Official. Said details shall include but are not limited to <br /> location, color or copy, sign area calculations, and method of construction.
