Street Lighting <br />Retrofit existing HID cobra heads to new, high -efficiency LED fixtures which will provide long life and <br />instant start capability. Refer to the street lighting inventory for specific applications. <br />Retrofit lamps in existing decorative street light fixtures to new, high -efficiency LED lamps which will <br />provide long life and instant start capability. Refer to the street lighting inventory for specific locations <br />and applications. <br />JG Provide and install an open protocol street light control and monitoring system on applicable lighting <br />fixtures. The system will be capable of automatically dimming the fixture by a set amount during dusk <br />and dawn hours to maximize energy savings, as well as notifying city personnel when a light is not <br />functioning properly. In addition, the system can act as a platform for future additions including parking <br />sensors, security monitoring, and public Wi-Fi. <br />City Hall <br />Lighting <br />-!i Retrofit existing outdoor building mounted and pole mounted HID fixtures to new, highefficiencyLED <br />surface mounted fixtures which will provide long life and instant start capability. Refer to the lighting <br />inventory for specific locations and applications. <br />A, Retrofit select wall switches to new switch -mounted occupancy sensors. Occupancy sensors provide <br />energy savings by turning off lights when the space is unoccupied Refer to the lighting inventory for <br />specific locations and applications. <br />Controls <br />Integrate two (2) existing lighting panels controlling hallways and exterior lights into the _Johnson <br />Controls Building Automation System (BAS). Add or update screens on the City's existing master <br />control station to allow for remote control and monitoring of the integrated lighting panels. <br />li Create an energy dashboard for the City. The energy dashboard will provide personnel and the public <br />with information on the Cit7f s energy usage, including: <br />• Electricity consumption <br />• Carbon equivalents (for easy visualization of energy use/savings) <br />• Ranking of included City facilities based on energy density <br />City facilities to be included on the dashboard are City Hall, Police Department, and the Main Library. <br />Electricity consumption data will be obtained through connection to the seven (7) electric meters at the <br />included facilities. The dashboard will be accessible via a web browser and through a public display <br />provided by Chmatec and mounted at a location of the City's choosing. <br />HVAC <br />Replace 10 ton heat pump on Council Chambers. The replacement unit will be a gas pack of similar size <br />and capacity. City will provide natural gas line to the roof, at which point Climatec will route to the new <br />unit.
