Under the contract, the anticipated cost to City for thermal or electrical energy or <br />water conservation services provided by the energy conservation facilities will be less than the <br />anticipated marginal cost to the City for thermal, electrical, or other energy consumed by the <br />City in the absence of those purchases. The average annual savings is estimated to be <br />$78,204. Therefore, the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the <br />Installation Agreement and the Measurement and Verification Agreement by and between the <br />City and Climatec, LLC, including all agreements and attachments thereto, subject to edits <br />approved as to form by the City Attorney, for the implementation of certain energy related <br />improvements to City facilities in accordance with these findings and California Government <br />Code Sections 4217.10 to 4217.18. <br />City of San Leandro Page 2 Printed on 5110/2016 <br />
