He also <br /> introduced Interim Assistant City Manager, Jeff Kay. <br /> 7. AMENDMENT OF CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Items 8.F. and 8.1. were removed from Consent Calendar to Item 9, Items Removed <br /> from Consent Calendar. <br /> 8.
