IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> • RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 83 (2811) <br /> RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY ACCEPTING <br /> THE ENGINEER'S REPORT AND <br /> SETTING HEARING DATES FOR <br /> THE HERON BAY MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> [FORMERLY ROBERTS LANDING] ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 96.3 <br /> Recitals <br /> WHEREAS this Council did, pursuant to the provisions of Title II, Chapter 5, San <br /> Leandro Municipal Code, adopt at its regular meeting of May 6, 1996, its Resolution No. <br /> 96-72, said Resolution being a Resolution of Intention to establish the Heron Bay <br /> Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96-3; and further <br /> WHEREAS this Council did direct the Director of Engineering and <br /> Transportation to authorize the preparation of the Engineer's Report for Assessment <br /> District 96-3; and further <br /> WHEREAS Nystrom Engineering Corporation, as Engineer for these assessment <br /> district formation proceedings, did prepare and has filed said Engineer's Report with this <br /> Council for preliminary acceptance, and the City Council is familiar with the contents <br /> thereof. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> A. That the City Council hereby preliminarily accepts the Engineer's Report <br /> for the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96-3. <br />
