• <br /> C. That Assessment District No. 96-3 shall provide for the maintenance of <br /> various public improvements within and adjacent to the Heron Bay development, said <br /> public improvements to include: the Shoreline Trail and buffer area; tidal marshlands <br /> commonly known as Citation Marsh, North Marsh, East Marsh, and Bunker Marsh; a <br /> storm water lift station and two treatment ponds; and certain public street improvements; <br /> all as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br /> D. That, for the purposes of Assessment District No. 96-3, the term <br /> maintenance shall include all activities related to the purchase, construction, installation, <br /> operation, repair, upkeep, supplies, appurtenances and services for said public <br /> improvements, and administration of said District. <br /> E. That the boundaries of the proposed Assessment District No. 96-3 are <br /> shown on that certain map entitled "Proposed Boundary for Heron Bay Maintenance <br /> Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96-3," said map being on file in the Office <br /> of the City Clerk. <br /> F. That the Director of Engineering and Transportation is hereby authorized <br /> to direct NYSTROM ENGINEERING CORPORATION, as Engineer for these <br /> formation proceedings, to prepare and file with this Council the Engineer's Report for <br /> Assessment District No. 96-3 in accordance with the provisions of Section 2-5-405 of the <br /> San Leandro Municipal Code. <br />
