13.8 Survival of Terms. All express representationsl waivers, indemnifications, <br />and limitations of liability included in this Agreement will survive its <br />completion or termination for any reason. <br />13.9 Time is and shall be of the essence of this Agreement and <br />every provision hereof. <br />13.10 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two or more <br />counterparts, a complete set of which shall be deemed an original, constituting <br />one and the same instrument.
