Based on? <br />- Commissions included/ excluded? <br />➢ Outreach <br />- City -funded professional survey to all those with business licenses <br />outlining the City's intensions. <br />- Meetings with mall groups in neighborhoods with very specific options to <br />talk through. <br />- Different languages with interpreters. <br />➢ Are there exemptions? <br />- Companies providing essential services - senior care? <br />- Restaurants? <br />- Family owned? - Define <br />- Companies of less than, let's say, ten employees - must be "local" - <br />define - not chains. <br />➢ <br />Administration/ Enforcement <br />- What department will administer/ enforce such an ordinance? <br />- What kind and number of staff is necessary/ appropriate? <br />- Example - house remodeling contractors - new docs to ensure <br />compliance. <br />- Assurance of privacy <br />- Will the City handle redress issues or require employees/ businesses to <br />go to court? <br />
