E. Store gasoline, kerosene, cleaning solvents, or other <br />flammable liquids in any Lot or on or about the Project <br />Easement Area; provided, however, that reasonable amounts <br />of these liquids necessary for normal residential use may <br />be properly and safely stored in individual Lots. <br />F. Display any sign to the public view on or from any Lot <br />or the Project Easement Area without the prior written <br />consent of the Board, except a sign advertising the <br />property for sale or lease, or advertising directions to <br />the property, as provided in Section 712 of the California <br />Civil Code. <br />G. Raise, breed, or keep animals, livestock, or poultry of <br />any kind in a Lot or on or about the Project Easement Area, <br />except dogs, cats, or other household pets, which may be <br />kept in Lots, subject to the Rules and Regulations (if <br />any) . <br />H. Engage in any noxious or offensive activity in any part <br />of the Project. <br />I. Alter, construct, or remove anything on or from the <br />Project Easement Area, except upon the written consent of <br />the Board. <br />J. Park any automobile or other motor vehicle in the <br />Project Easement Area except in a space designated for the <br />Owner by the Board or the Governing Instruments. <br />Specific Restrictions on Use <br />Section 5.02 (1) With regards to storm water pollution control, <br />each Owner, the Association and the entire Property shall comply <br />with the following City requirements: <br />A. All storm drain inlets on the Property shall be marked <br />"NO DUMPING, DRAINS TO BAY." <br />B. All storm drain inlets on the Property shall be <br />inspected and, if necessary, cleaned at least twice a year <br />including immediately prior to the rainy season. <br />C. Sidewalks and parking areas shall be swept regularly to <br />minimize the accumulation of litter and debris. Steam <br />cleaning or low volume pressure washing may be performed <br />after pre -cleaning using dry methods, spot cleaning and <br />recovery in stained areas and removal of all mobile <br />pollutants. Debris resulting from pressure washing shall be <br />trapped and collected to prevent entry into the storm drain <br />system. Wash water containing any soap, clean agent or <br />degreaser shall not be discharged to the storm drain. <br />D. Air conditioning condensate shall be directed to <br />landscaped areas. <br />E. Landscaping shall be designed to minimize irrigation and <br />runoff, promote surface infiltration where appropriate, and <br />minimize the use of fertilizers and pesticides that can <br />11 <br />
