ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION <br />OF WARREN AVENUE FOUR OWNERS' ASSOCIATION <br />An Unincorporated California Association <br />One: The name of this association is Warren Avenue Four <br />Owners' Association. <br />Two: This unincorporated association is formed similarly to <br />a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation, and <br />shall be governed by all relevant provisions of the <br />California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation Law. The <br />purpose of this association is to engage in any lawful act <br />or activity for which a corporation may be organized under <br />such law (other than a credit union business). <br />Three: The specific and primary purpose for which this <br />association is formed is to manage a common interest <br />development under the Davis -Stirling Common Interest <br />Development Act (California Civil Code Sections 4000-6150). <br />The association does not have a distinct business office. <br />The common interest development is located on Warren Avenue <br />in San Leandro, California; the nearest cross street is <br />East 14th Street. The common interest development project is <br />comprised of four (4) lots located at 398 et al. Warren <br />Avenue, San Leandro, California 94577. The association has <br />not appointed a managing agent. <br />Four: Notwithstanding any of the above statements of <br />purposes and powers, this association shall not, except to <br />an insubstantial degree, engage in any activities or <br />exercise any powers that are not in furtherance of the <br />specific purpose of this association. <br />Five: The name and address in California of the <br />association's initial agent for service of process are: <br />John Ha <br />510 Lawrence Expressway, Suite# 105 <br />Sunnyvale, CA 94085 <br />
