For the role, we <br />have been able to assign seasoned staff familiar with the local area and the department’s policies and <br />requirements. In doing so, the amount of staff training necessary to ensure a smooth transition has been kept <br />to a minimum. <br /> <br />TRB has been able to contribute toward maintaining the department’s service delivery goals and the <br />implementation of cost-savings measures.
