Experience <br />C-4 Building Solutions for Municipalities <br /> <br />Project Management / Administration <br />Have served as Delegate Chief Building Official / Engineering Manager for the California <br />Energy Commission on thirteen natural-gas fired power projects and one wind power <br />generation facility in California having a combined valuation of over $3 billion. Responsible for <br />oversight of plan review tasks and coordination of submittals numbering up into the thousands <br />on these design-build projects. Through implementation of an electronic plan document <br />submittal process, projects realized an approximate 10 percent cost savings for project <br />applicants. <br />Electronic Plan Review / Digital Workflow Solutions <br />Co-developed and successfully implemented electronic workflow initiative to accelerate review <br />and approval of power project design documents for the California Energy Commission (under <br />previous firm).
