Abby has served a wealth of municipalities <br />throughout Northern California and has provided expertise in the <br />California Building Code. Abby has served a great majority of the East <br />Bay with Plan Review services. Some of these cities include the City of <br />Walnut Creek, City of Concord, Town of Danville, City of Fremont, City of <br />Gilroy, and the City of Cupertino. Abby is also a fixture in numerous <br />local chapters and meets regularly with the ICC Certified Permit <br />Technicians Group in the East Bay. <br /> <br />Select Professional Experience <br /> <br />4LEAF, Inc. <br />Plans Examiner <br />2013 ‐ Present <br />Abby is tasked with the management and performance of plan review for all of 4LEAF’s plan review <br />clientele and will assist in the development of 4LEAF’s Structural Engineers and Non‐structural review <br />staff. Abby’s current project management assignments include the City of Cupertino, City of Fremont, <br />City of Concord, City of Walnut Creek, and the Town of Danville. Abby regularly provides on‐site <br />assistance and training to existing City staff and on‐site plan review assistance upon request. <br /> <br />In addition, Abby is also plan reviewing and project managing three large reviews for the City of <br />Cupertino, they include: <br /> <br />• Office Campus Parking Garage (Largest Parking Garage in the United States) <br /> <br />• Main Street Cupertino (~$300 Million mixed‐use facility) <br /> <br />• Cupertino Village <br /> <br />TRB and Associates, Inc. <br />Plans Examiner <br />2010‐2013 <br />Abby was responsible for the review of plans and specifications to verify compliance with various <br />building codes and zoning regulations for several local jurisdictions and government agencies ranging <br />from single family dwellings, new townhomes, and commercial buildings. Abby also served as the
