Kathy also <br />possesses a working knowledge of structural programs such as SAP and <br />ETABS for static and dynamic analysis, SAFE for slab design, RISA, Excel, <br />and Accela’s Permit Plus. <br /> <br />Select Professional Experience <br /> <br />4LEAF, Inc. – City of Livermore <br />On‐Site Plan Review Engineer <br />Kathy is currently providing the City of Livermore with on‐site plan <br />review engineering services. Kathy is responsible for all phases of <br />review which includes structural and non‐structural review. Kathy is <br />primarily working on projects for the Paragon Outlet mall project on the <br />West side of I‐580. Prior to Livermore, Kathy worked on large <br />commercial projects on behalf of 4LEAF for the City of Palo Alto. <br />West Coast Code Consultants (WC3) <br />Senior Plan Review Engineer <br />Kathy was responsible for reviewing plans for the Cities of Walnut <br />Creek, Pittsburg, Emeryville, Hayward, Mountain View and various other <br />Bay Area jurisdictions. The scope of reviews included residential and <br />commercial buildings, OSHPD 3 clinics and energy plants for Structural, <br />Life Safety, T‐24 Accessibility, T‐24 Energy, Plumbing, Mechanical, and <br />Electrical compliance. <br /> <br />Bureau Veritas / LP2A, Pleasanton, CA <br />Plan Review Engineer <br />Kathy was responsible for reviewing plans for various Cities such as <br />Cupertino, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Dublin, Walnut Creek, Los Gatos and <br />Downey. The scope of reviews included residential and commercial <br />plans mainly for Structural compliance and some Life‐Safety, Plumbing, <br />Mechanical and Electrical, Title 24 Energy and T‐24 Accessibility.
