' Statement of Qualifications and Interest <br />Project Profile Russell City Energy Center Power Plant <br />Hayward, CA <br />Project Description: Russell City Energy Center — New 600 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant <br />Scope: Delegate Chief Building Official Services on behalf of the California Energy Commission <br />Owner: Calpine, Inc. <br />Year: 2010 - 2014 <br />Construction Cost: $800 million <br />Project Size/Construction Value: 14.7 acre site (approximately 25 main structures)/ $800 million construction <br />value <br />Program Elements: <br />Occupancy Groups: H, F, S, B; Type of Construction: II -B <br />Provided complete Code Compliance Services including plan review, inspection, <br />building official, and building department administration duties for this multiple <br />structure power plant facility (full suite of 2007 California Building Standards <br />Codes including Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Energy, Green, and <br />Fire Codes). Project entailed design -build approach where plan review <br />submittals were staged over the course of construction (approximately 4,000 <br />packages processed over 2.5 years). Project comprised mixed uses, including <br />B, F, S, H occupancies, labs, and high energy process and chemical feed <br />systems.
