THAssociates <br />Oakland Airport Connector (Building Services Division did not review this project, but was <br />involved jointly with the Oakland Fire Department in the planning stage on fire and safety <br />concerns) <br />The 3.2 -mile connector between the Coliseum/Oakland Airport Bart Station and the <br />Oakland airport terminal provides a transit alternative to airline passengers who opt to <br />use Bart to reach the airport instead of driving. The total project budget for the OAC <br />project is approximately $484 million.
