4LEAF, fr4c. <br />t=NGIN6E IMG - CONSTAUCY]ON MANAOVMPN i <br />BOUMN6:INSPECTJON • PL&N CHECK <br />On -Call Plan Review, Code Enforcement, and Inspection Services <br />Since 1999, 4LEAF has maintained an on-call contract with the City of Dublin Building Department <br />to provide third -party plan review, code enforcement, and inspection services. 4LEAF is 9 1 <br />responsible for inspection work being performed within the City's jurisdiction on projects ranging <br />from major new development areas to capital improvement projects and infill development. <br />4LEAF has supplied as many as 14 continuous staff to the City of Dublin during the course of this <br />on-going contract. <br />4LEAF has performed plan review and inspection <br />services of the Ross Corporate Campus located in ROSS <br />Dublin, CA. To date this includes the tenant D2ZS5 F012 LESS <br />improvements of three, 3 -story <br />buildings totaling approximately <br />360,000 sq. ft. <br />Building Department plan reviews typically include a Structural review, <br />Building (life -safety) review, Accessibility / ADA review (performed by a <br />Certified Access Specialist), Energy Compliance / Title 24 review, and a MEP <br />review.
