Project Experience <br />Greg Shriver, P.E., CASA <br />Oracle Building "H" and Parking Structure rf <br />Occupancy: B, Type II FR & S-2 IB ;u <br />Size: 532,261 sf <br />No. of Stories: 4 <br />Valuation: $60,000,000 <br />Project Description: Greg provided the complete shell and tenant improvement plan reviews for this <br />four story building totaling 180,996 sq ft. Occupancy is B with construction type II FR, fully sprinklered. <br />The structural systems consisted of conventional footings, structural steel framing and metal <br />deck/concrete fill floor and roof diaphragms and special braced frames. The parking garage consisted of <br />complete plan review services for the four story S-2 building. The Construction type was 1-13 with a total <br />square footage of 351,265 sq ft. Structural systems consisted of conventional footings, post tensioned <br />concrete floor slabs, and concrete shearwalls. <br />Pleasanton Corporate Commons <br />Occupancy: B <br />Size: 250,000 sf <br />No. of Stories: 5 <br />Valuation: $60,000,000 <br />Project Description: Greg performed the plan review on the 250,000 sq ft Corporate Commons that <br />included five stories of structural steel, reinforced concrete, and metal deck floors. The occupancy is B <br />construction and the structural systems consisted of conventional footings, structural steel framing and <br />metal deck/concrete fill floor and special braced frames. <br />6088 / 6100 Sunol Boulevard <br />Occupancy: B-H, 2-H, 7, II FR <br />Size: 184,233 sf <br />No. of Stories: 4 <br />Valuation: $55,000,000 <br />Project Description: Greg provided the complete shell and tenant improvement plan reviews for this <br />two building project consisting of one -three story building with basement and one two-story building <br />totaling 184,233 sq ft. Occupancy is 13/1-1-21-1-7 with construction type IIFR, fully sprinklered. The <br />structural systems consisted of conventional footings, structural steel, framing and metal deck/concrete <br />fill floor and roof diaphragms, and special moment resisting frames. <br />Pleasanton Presbyterian Church i����'l��k!Iy�ll�l11���u'lui�fi��'�P�iIi�Ill��fl�l�(I�Ijl�lll�l!!''I'°G!',91(li„ISI <br />Occupancy: E-3, B, and A2.1, Construction Type V -N <br />Size: 78,000 sf <br />No. of Stories: 1&2 <br />Valuation: $15,000,000 <br />Project Description: Greg provided plan review for the Pleasanton Presbyterian Church that consisted <br />of a single story multi -use building, a single story classroom building, a single story youth center <br />building, and a two story worship center. The total square footage for the project is approximately <br />78,000 sq ft. The Occupancy is E3, B and A2.1. The construction is type WN sprinklered.
