A California registered civil engineer and land surveyor, Anna <br />has coordinated all phases of assigned projects from preliminary design <br />to construction. Ana is an ICC Certified Plans Examiner and Building <br />Code Accessibility/Usability Specialist. Her extensive experience has <br />included managing the plan review and permit counter services for <br />several California municipalities. <br />Select Professional Experience <br />City of Palo Alto <br />Senior Plan Check Engineer <br />Ana is currently performing the role of Senior Plan Check Engineer under the supervision of the Chief <br />Building Official and Deputy Building Official. The scope of in-house plan review includes the review of <br />residential and commercial plans for structural, life -safety, plumbing, mechanical and electrical, T-24 <br />Energy and ADA compliance. In addition, Ana is able to assist applicants with plan review questions at <br />the Permit Counter. Ana has provided several plan check services for the following commercial projects <br />at the City of Palo Alto: <br />• Ann Taylor Tenant Improvement(TI) <br />Ana reviewed the plans for the $375 thousand remodel of 6,800 Ft', including a remodeled <br />mezzanine, new accessible restrooms, new partitions & ceilings, relocation of electrical panels, <br />and new storefront. <br />• Skype Tenant Improvement - $1.11M <br />Ana reviewed phase 2 of Skype's $1.1 Million tenant improvement for 21,000 Ftz of use and <br />occupancy. <br />• Stanford University Medical Center <br />Ana reviewed the plans for the 300 SF office conversions to a medical exam room.
