COSTS <br />COST <br />At the time of this “Soft Addendum to RFQ” we don’t have examples of some items on the list or <br />technical requirements for the completed project so this “Soft Addendum to RFQ” is being approached <br />as a Time and Materials project for the purpose of estimating an approximate total level of effort for <br />the Items shown. 21Tech has provided a discounted Time and Materials rate of (140.00 per Hr.) based <br />on the volume of work to be provided.
