IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-101 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES SOLE SOURCE <br />AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $211,500 WITH UNITED STORM WATER, INC., <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF INSTALLING TRASH CAPTURE DEVICES FOR UP TO 400 CITY <br />STORM DRAINS TO MEET REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS OF THE CURRENT <br />MUNICIPAL REGIONAL STORMWATER PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and United Storm Water, <br />Inc., a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Cox and passed and adopted this 18th day of July, 2016, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />EXCUSED: Prola A (1) <br />ATTEST: <br />Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-101 <br />
