July 18, 2016City Council Draft Minutes <br />Mayor Cutter made a motion that permittee is awarded a conditional use permit by <br />the City of San Leandro within twelve months from the City Council's approval of the <br />medical cannabis dispensary permit. If a conditional use permit is not awarded by <br />the City within twelve months of the City Council's approval of the permit, the City can <br />review the permit. <br />Mayor Cutter made a motion to award the permit subject to the following <br />conditions: That permittee is awarded a conditional use permit by the City of <br />San Leandro within twelve months from the City Council's approval of the <br />medical cannabis dispensary permit.
